What do we do?
We custom design, a service delivery model for each client with the end goal in mind – help our clients achieve their contingent workforce needs – FAST!
We realize and appreciate that the needs of all organizations are different. Why should you get a ‘one size fits all’ solution? Our patented service delivery model an support teams make sure that all client’s are treated equally. We also provide a single point of contact, in our Account Manager. Our internal Service Delivery Agreements require a 24 hour issue resolution for all our client’s needs.
The mission at AgileTalent is to provide our clients with a timely, cost conscious experience for sourcing contingent talent by providing visibility in our process and managing our client’s needs as if they were our own. AgileTalent’s personnel will exude a proactive, “can do” attitude in order to understand, analyze and address the ongoing challenges presented to us by our client partners.
Ultimately, our goal is to lower your total cost of ownership while increasing our client’s return on investment. Since our inception, our deliver organization has provided value to our clients by reducing project creep and simplifying the process of on boarding contingent workforce.
