Your Role

As the Chief Program Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MEDA. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of program management, including program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective program execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and partner organizations.
  • Leading a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Continuously monitoring program performance and making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities for program growth and expansion, and working closely with the management team to develop long-term strategies.
  • Representing MEDA at industry conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A proven track record of successful leadership in program management within the Business and Consumer Services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior experience working with diverse teams and managing complex projects.
  • A post-graduate degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
